Eheim 2260 PICS of My Setup

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
They are good filters. I personally would recommend using an Eheim 2217 for that size tank though, but Classic Eheims are a little more challenging than some of the newer canisters that are more plug and play style.

Ya this was my first eheim and ive only used canisters that once u plug it you are set to go, with the classic line u have to manually prime them, which i kind of actually had fun doing i just aimed my powerhead into the intake and it got going pretty quick.

Your Rena XP3 just PM'd me and was complaining that its picture was not taken.

it feels left out.

please think of the XP.

I kno u love ur xp3's i cannot tell u how many times in how many different threads ive seen u showing off ur power jet nozzle flow. The only reason i keep mine on my tank is b/c it has the lowest gph of my 3 filters so my uv sterilizer has a chance to work.

That was a great buy I prefer the Eheim classic love them :D

I just scooped an outstanding buy off ebay :headbang2
It was an Oase Filtoclear 11000 canister filter for $100- in as new condition. They sell for $869-down here purer German quality last for ever a real man's canister filter at 8000 L/H :naughty:
