What is the best media set-up for a big Eheim 2262 canister filter
What do you have in yours!

top off with 6'' Ehfi substrat pro and substrat or substitute substratepro with seachem matrix
finish with a layer of floss and the lattice screen

i use ehfisubstrat pro and ehfimech in my 2262 and 2260,each are in there own bags for easy cleaning.

I question is Will a 2260 be good for my 110g planted tank 60x18x24

It is, according to Seachem, a porous "natural" rock. For a 2260, you will need to get three 4L tubs of Matrix to fill it up (you'll have a little bit left over). You will still want to use ceramic rings at the bottom of your 2260.

Do you just rinse it, Does it clog quickly, I have a planted tank that I use to
add KNO3 will it remove this as fast as I add it in?
Where can I order 4L tubs of Matrix is this different then Pond Matrix {just bigger stones}
Will Pond Matrix work better for a Eheim 2260-2262 due to the size .
