Does anyone have it ? I cant get it on my phone for some reason the page wont load. I wanted to email them about a failed heater.

Thanks appreciate the assist

Just a warning....be patient. Recently, i have rarely gotten a response and when I did, they didn't replace the heaters. So I went to the place I got them and even tho it was a wholesale place with a no return policy, I pitched a big enough fit they gave me replacements. But they told me that Eheim is a nightmare now and rapidly decending into customer service hell.

That's the number I was given and told to be patient as well.
Good luck.

Thanks bold

I got them from amazon and dont wanna deal with them either. I only add one issue in the past with eheim and though it did take forever they did sende some replacement parts for a 2262 that i emded up not needing.

Called them when two of jager 300 watt heaters went last year and they replaced them no problem. Was surprised though they only lasted about 6 months.

JÄGER quit being JÄGER the day they sold out to Eheim.

The owner of one of the largest online aquatic companies here in Canada told me a few yrs back that Jager heaters are returned due to failure more than any other brand that he sells.

Good luck on the return ....

Smh add me to that list. Ive had 3 fail. Done with them

Jager has always been good for me. I've had around 8 of them and the only problem I ever had was very poor calibration out of the box on one of them. easy fix, I stand by those heaters personally.

With the drive to increase profit and be price competitive, lower end materials are used today, so defectiveness and life span of a product becomes a game of chance. Just like pretty much every mass produced products today. Today, manufactures wants the consumer to replace their products every 5 years or so, not every 2-3 decades
