Eheim Prices Skyrocket

Check it out all of the canister prices went up damatically. The 2260 cost $350 now and it used to cost $300. Same with the classics and Pro series. I noticed this on Drs. Foster and Smith

I saw that today while second-guessing my Fluval purchase. I think I made the right decision. Did yoou see the price of the Fluvals came down!?!?

and you'll probably have it 15-20 years from now...My LFS says they sell ALOT of replacment Fluval parts...

I have a few older fluvals that need some repairs mostly the snap things that hold the things together.

i'm glad i got my eheim before the prices went up...and I guess it was worth what I paid for. I've never had any problems with it yet...

It's not too bad. The Eheim Classics jumped less than the Rena Filstars did before and still cost less than the Renas. I wish the xP3 was still available for 90 beans, those were the days.

Honestly, I've been seriously regretting I did not purchase the 405 and went with the 305 instead. No problems, yet, but I am definitely over analyzing things. My next filter will probably be an Eheim just to make the comparison. I almost bought the Classic or Pro II, but the Fluval seemed good at the time.
