I have a eheim for about a year and I have lost the mannual for it. When I was moving a few months ago I broke a piece off the top, and I have been unable to locate the right piece for the right size canister. Anyway I thought there might be someplace I can send the filter to that could fix it and be able to clean it (I mean take it completely apart and clean) at the same time. Is this too much to ask for? I have emailed eheim a few times and they have listed the pieces it could be, but they were the wrong size. So Im at a loss, I love this filter and I need it working again!

Ya... for 6.99 that part is cheap... I've had broken parts on impeller shafts and hose connectors... Those are not cheap..

I figured I need the shaft and bushings and also the pump cover. Im having problems figuring how all of this sits inside. I also cant get the impeller out. It should just slide right out like most do, but its very snug and I dont want to pull to hard. Should I just pull it out and not be so gentle? This is what the other part I have pictured fits on to. This is driving me nuts not knowing how this goes back together.
