I like to know if there is any problem on restarting/priming the filter after cleaning?

Is it easy to set up and start?

I don't use the primer on any of the canisters I own (which I own a lot of Eheims particularly). If you just fill the lines with the valve closed, then open the valve, the siphon will start on it's own.

I read that pro3e has a self primer.. any pro3e owner can tell me how does this work?

Yes it does. I'm not sure of the mechanics of it, but I still fill the lines then open the valve.

Pro 3e's are probably one of THE best Eheim's to date.

fill the line with water? i am sorry, i am a noob on canister and the last canister i had was fluval 104 or somthing like that from 10 years ago.

The lines are the tubing that go from the tank to the filter. The Pro 3 2080/2180 both have 2 tubes that go from tank to filter.

PS Fluval 104 have only been out for a couple years.

well.... it was about 12 yrs ago, not sure the model name any more.. it has this thingy u have to pull up and push down to get it prime.
