I want to get an eheim filter for my 125 to free up more room. What model should I get and is the heating feature offered by some of their models worth it? If this heating feature is cost efficient for me I am gonna do it. Any info on their cannister filters would be helpful.

You'll find some info about the filters and other stuff at http://www.eheim.com/. I have 2028 / 2128 pro 2 to my 235 gallon and it works good.

what ever the rating on any filter you should double what it says then you are more than covered

go for the eheim pro3 its the best with 2 x intake pipes the eheim classics are a bit tricky to get closed

so true i have a pro 3 you cant touch it with anything else on the market. its really good.
