Off hand I would say it one of the African Species of catsharks.

My Guess - Puffadder Shyshark (Haploblepharus edwardsii).

Hmmm... looks like a member of the Scyliorhinidae(Catsharks) family. But then there's over a 100 species in this family.

I'll Guess - a Cloudy Catshark (Scyliorhinus torazame).

Nope, its a very rare specimen, very little documentation on it, deep water specimen as well, was found in the waters around the Galapagos Islands.
