Close but it is not a Barbelthroat Carpetshark (C. expolitum). This Cirrhoscyllium is only found in southwest Japan.
 
Matter of fact the Barbelthroat Carpetshark and the Saddled Carpetshark (C. japonicum) both have paired barbels on their throats. Good observation and you did get the species right this time :grinyes:
