electric blue dempseys???

The guy i got my EBJD's from 5 of them off aquabid at 1inch, got them all shipped to him and all 5 of them are now well over 5inches with no problems. I would go on aquabid and get some good quality EBJD's. EBJD's are stunning if you get some good quality EBJD's. You can get one for $25 but will have to pay for shipping...
 
here is my new EBJD he's doing quit well he's eating and runnin all over the tank. doesn't seem like anything is bothering him. got him yesterday mornin along w/ the FH and a Frontosa and a couple plecos. the ebjd was 25bucks....they go for like $65 normally around here and you can't even touch the fancy plecos for any less than 60bucks

I just got an ebjd myself for 40$ bucks from my lfs, and I haven't seen any problems with him as of yet, he's about 1", he's swimming all around his tank, eating like a beast, and generally loving life, so I'd say if it looks good at your lfs, then just take the chance, but use your best judgement, if the fish looks iffy don't waste your money
 
But if you can get a good looking Blue Dempsey and grow it out to adult size they are some sexy fish...

I SO WANT AN ADULT EBJD!

mine is at 2.5" and he's very dark color.. i'm scared he is dying.. but he's been eating again.. after i used Garlic Guard...

I also have found some EBJD from LA in Cali.. i heard from other reputable EBJD breeders that theres a Hollywood EBJD line.. I didnt believe them until i saw it for the 1st time.. MOST BLUE EBJD i have ever seen!

I didnt get one because they were soo expensive.. at 40bux ea.. and i also want to see if they will survive.. but they were all at 3" or bigger.. I think i might get some next week
