Are Jacks mouth brooders? Because if they are, then I've got my jack protecting some Earth eater eggs. haha!

he is referring to a Sciaenochromis fryeri "electric blue". its a african cichlid.

I say just pick up a 10 gallon and if you have a established filter move over to the tank and she'll be fine. Let her spit on her own, and then return her to the main tank.

I had to strip down the tank today to do some transfer. I netted here and She spit around 20.The only tank I have available is a 55. darn it ! I do not want to set up another tank, but i have fry in a bucket!

Can do it! I can not purposely kill anything. Filling the 55 as I type. Media out of My 100 and water out of My 180. At least they have a chance!

Got a 30 gallon stand and canopy, filter and light from Craigslist. I am sure the Wife will be happy! The 55 gallon is off the Kitchen counter. You had to see it! She pretty understanding!
