Yeah, I would definately hold off on that until you get a tank that you can devote exclusively to your EBJDs. I don't think the convicts would kill it, but with as sensitive as they are, I wouldn't want you to risk it.misstish;4377342; said:

That is a very good diet, anytime you use NLS you can't go wrong IMO. The only suggestion I would make is since these guys not unlike GT's are prone to digestive disorders I'd get Thera A next time you need to buy more NLS, The srpuline Brine shrimp is a good treat. That's only a suggestion. I put my GT on Threa A from the start and never had a problem with digestive/stomach issues.
Yeah I am going to try the Thera a for sure, I'm new to nls I actually thought I had bought cichlid formula, and the large fish formula may not be good for eb digestion.. Love the cichlid excel especially for my young vieja synspila it really makes their colors pop

The Large fish formula is fine. All the NLS has the same ingrediance they just vary the amounts. Thera A has more garlic in it but is otherwise the same stuff. I think NLS and Omega One are the best foods but again it's an opinion, I've used Excel with good results and in the last year have switched to Omega One Super Veggi pellets.
