Electric Blue Jacks?

Ok. so all this time i thought i had 2 male jack dempsey's, a ebjd and a regular dempsey. for about 2 months i have had them the ebjd is now 2" and the regular is about 4". yesterday i walked past the tank and i noticed all the rocks moved off my slate cave and the regular dempsey was swimming over about 200 eggs.
now the regular is a female and the ebjd is a male as far as i can tell.
now question is what will the eggs be. regular dempsey's? ebjd's? or both?

well i hear alot of different things. one thing i have heard is that none of the babies will survive

anyone know why some of the eggs are white and some are tan?

tan= fertile

white = non fertile

I believe that's what i read .. not 100% sure

The offspring will look regular but are carrying the blue gene.If you breed one of them back to an ebjd you will get about 50% ebjd
