Electric Blue Male Female Question

For a little over a year I've been keeping Africans so I'm new to the hobby. The other fish I've kept in the past didn't require salt, certain temperatures, etc... I'm just now becoming familiar with these guys and so I haven't really looked around to find fish auctions etc...

I'd love to go see something like that. Especially if there are shows in or around Houston.

Going by the LFS tonight to pick up some chemicals...Who has experience with the list below and if so...what should I add. I'm about (2) fish shy of a full tank.
(3) electric blues
(4) yellow labs
(3) loaches
(1) placo
(1) Malawi Eyebiter (he'll be leaving soon, getting too big but really beautiful)
