That's actually a bit misleading. They have a young animal in a rather small display. It will not be there for it's full life, and they have the ability of moving to the larger tank when the time comes.
Most displays at public facilities pull this trick. They have limited exhibit space, so set it up to display juvie animals until they reach a pre set size.
