Needing to rant...

Still the same person... and I would love it if she just would get bloody sacked! Annoys the living day lights out of me.

Not only is she fugly - but her voice. Its like a dying animal - why she still has this job is beyond me. Actually - its not, shes Dutch, and its a Dutch company so naturally the big boss is totally for her. Mind you he has nothing to do with her so I wouldn't even understand WHY!

And today she's all up in people's faces - well our potential clients assistants - and she's just yelling at them.

Now back in my starting day when that was me doing that I got a ton of grief for that - think I even got a warning or two - and this... she gets a chat.

Now that does my head in!

- I been to war with most of them, so i wouldn't really say I'd get rid of any. Kinda wish i could get a few back though.

Don't get me wrong - I tend to like most of the people that I work with - most of them are fun and I actually enjoy their company.

I don't exactly work I go to school but, I would get rid of this girl named Holly Schmidt. She is really annoying, as in she has a half man half 3 year old girls voice. Plus, we have had our 'crossings' in the past.

I have one story that I wouldn't post but if you want to know PM me. =D

Don't get me wrong - I tend to like most of the people that I work with - most of them are fun and I actually enjoy their company.

But her... no. I don't wish anything bad on her - just that she stops working here!

I would get rid of our financer.. 2 month ago he stepped in and ran over the guy who we all thougth were our boss and started truly bossing everyone around.. my day was usually from 6-19.. yes, good money but in a physically demanding job you can't do that forever.. when he came we went from doing this for eachother (we all became pretty close friends at work) from being whipped to this kind of work..

over here we have different stages of employment, trial and a more secure one.. after 6 month you automatically get the "fullworthy" employment and prior to that your employer more or less has the right to fire you at any time..

5 minutes after work last friday 5 months and 26 days into my trial employment he said I did'nt need to show up on monday..

love it how they use people.. you put a bit of your soul in it and they %%%% you..

Well see thats the thing - we have a "family feel" at our job as well. We've gotten rid of all the bad apples over the last few months so our team was really good and bonded... and this cow comes and joins.

I've put my heart and soul into this job - so I just feel like its crap now.

I am horribly disappointed to say another month on and she is still here!!!!

And, I really did hope in time she'd get "better" but instead the tides turned and she's even worse!
