Elk vs photographer

yep he could have been gored or the little guy could have injured himself if spooked(less likely ..imo)
 
Is it any different than venison,which I have had,as far as flavor?.....I would like to have seen how that situation started.
 
both are a little gamey ..ELK IS VIRTUALLY FAT FREE,, can't remember the quality of deer meat I had but as I vaguely recall it was pretty much fat free also.. both,imo are much healthier than most beef
 
The dish that I had tasted like beef stew.
