I don't think there is any glass divider in the tank.
Check out an other video, you'll see one of the piraya actually went over to where the elong is.

The tank looks HUGE, the space available for each fish must have helped the cohab and there are so many hiding places.

There are so many "feeders" in the tank as well, they must all be well fed.
