Lol yes he does my brother in law picked up 4 great looking quarter size yellow slider turtles by beach vendor. Impulse buy which wasnt smart.
I asked care info and sent him couras link after he replied to my post.
My brother in law than kept all 4 lol but did set them up in nice 55 gallon with dock and few inches of water ,spot light and they are eating and doing well. . Just as well as he was going to put them as was I in backyard pond but they are to small now which we didn't know mattered and he will wait atleast a year or more.
You know: family loves pets,Im alergic to fur and feathers so untill recently i dint had any normal pets, only in the last 9 years I had the trill of having a dog (Rosie putted to sleep this May for lung cancer
Also I ve got asma (thanks havens much much better now
) so when I was younger I dint spend much time outside and dint do much sport or thouse things most boys like to do. The refuge were the books my parents gave my and my herps. Always had my fair share of turtles(some with us for like 18 years) and lizards, mostly iguanas, but also geckos, lacertids,skinks,agamids and anoles. Also kept newts ,frogs and toads. However my all time favorites are sliders, green iguanas and malaysian box turtles
