I was at the LFS yesterday and saw this pitiful looking Silver Aro. I thought to myself that fish is never going to make it. So you know how we do, I kept walking back to the little tanklet it was in and after about a half hour of arguing with myself about the thousand reasons why I should just walk away I talked to the owner asked him what he paid for the fish, gave him 15$ and said I'll save you the trouble of having to throw it out in a week. So lets see what we can do with this fish. It's about 4" long and skinny as a rail. I put it in a 75 gallon tank upped the heat to 84F and got it to eat a carni-stick this morning (at least somebody's eating them
). The pictures aren't very good it's very skittish but does come out to swim around. I'll use this thread to track it's progress and we can see how it turns out.
