Some updates on this guy. It put on some size and colored up nicely. Ugly duckling turned into a swan.

He's gone from about 4" on June 10th to 10" today. 6" in just under 2 months.

Aros here are crazy expensive. $70 for some not great looking 6inchers. I want a black or lei super bad, but still look for reasonably priced silvers because I'm cheap. Drop eye is a huge turn off for me, and asians are illegal so will have to settle somewhere.
