keep the lights off the temp at 86 and the wayer clean treat it with melafix and salt keep up on your wc

So as they others suggested:
- raise temp to about 32 C
- add salt and melafix
- black water might be good to calm the fish down

And I would suggest add more oxygen to the water, as the salt, melafix and high temp is gonna take some away from the water.
