You state you bumped the temp. What exactly is it? Needs to be 85-86F and remember to boost aeration. For meds, use Maroxy. It's safe enough for using on eggs so it won't burn the loaches.

Raise temperature ( very slowly) to 86.5 F
Lots and lots and lots of aeration!
50 % water changes everyday with water at same temperature an PH (use a syphon )
No lights during treatment
use only 30% of recommended medication ( I prefer not use any drugs)
Feed them with very good quality food and live brine shrimp

Except I would so 87-88 is fine. I have 5 and treated them at this temp for the full 14 days... no ill affects.
Water changes and aeration.
i used no meds and have read that it's not worth it to use them. Salt also very bad for loaches.

I agree with you going to 87-88. But you have to keep very high aeration that would disturb water too much. Hiding places are a must in this case.
I don't use any salt either.
I forget to mention 14 to 21 days of treatment.
