The guys are all giving good ideas. 300 gal rubbermade stock pond is around $230.

ok well on follow up the leak seems to stop at around 18 to 19 inches deep. calculated out thats a drop of 320 gallon to 260.... That being said if it hold at that I should be able to buy my time and let things dry out more and examine.

Ok I still cant wrap my head around the cost of pond armor the 300.00 for 1.5 gallons just seems retardedly over priced for something that amounts to glorified roofing tar. So I did some hunting around and found out they have a competitor on the market now called Herco H-55 Pond Coating

ok so its 125.00 per gallon so to be fare in comparison that's 125 X 1.5 = 187.50 vers 300.00

What are your thought's on this do you think its worth a try. its a 100.00 savings right now but that's a 600.00 savings when I build my next tank
