I live in an apartment. They were being housed at my parents' house, and then my friend's place (he really liked them actually) when the tank ruptured and the homeowner in both locations does not want them back there so he gave them back to me. I would definitely not be allowed to have an 100 gallon ANYTHING, or really even 20 gallon, up here and I'm not positive the floor joists would hold.

Right now they're in a 30 gallon tupperware which will do them indefinitely but I should really find them new accomodations post haste :(

I do have the option of taking them to the (excellent) pet store down the street, but I know for damn sure they will probably never sell.

Bump for some awesome cats that need a new home. Wish I was close enough to.

Shipping isn't hard to do, there is some excellent reading about shipping on this site. The problem is they are very common in the USA. Also you have the size issues. It REALLY sucks wind that you're in a bind like this. It's so blame cold everywhere in the east right now. I went out on the porch a minute ago and my thermometer reads 7,℉ at the moment. I really wish I could help. It's really terrible when stuff like that happens. Why couldn't it happen in June? Sorry for your trouble. Brown Bullheads are one of the first fish I ever kept as a kid. I've got a special place in my heart for them because of that. Good luck.

Try -22 where I'm at :). And while brown bullheads are common, the very northern and very southern strains both have some amazing coloration from pictures I've seen, the southerns are black and white mottled while the northern ones are dark brown and black mottled with some hints of red in their fins. At least, they tend to look like that a lot of times.

Please repost int he correct section. General forums are not for sales/rehoming.
