What kind of fish? I usually qt and treat any new fish for ick anyways so depending on what stock you've got I'd say raise the temp add salt and put them in the main tank that you're treating already. At 86-88 degrees the ick cycle only lasts a few days anyways so I'd just extend the main tank treatment for a few days.
