Metroplex and Epsom salt (1 tbsp per 5g) dosed to the tank. Get some hex shield and metroplex. Mix either one with Epsom slay solution (1/2cuo water and 3/4 tsp Epsom salt) favorite food and seachem focus to bind everything. Feed to the fish. Best of luck.
