Emergency tiger Barb is dying

Help guys my tiger Barb is dying it is swimming erratickly and I have shifted it in another bucket I have used terramycin in bucket and 2 mugs of water to dilute pH if it is high he is dying pls help

We brought it yesterday and that time I found it gasping near surface but it was fine soon enough

Dude he was doin fine so just now I have shifted it to the tank other barb is rarely chasing it and it is not seeming totally fine but better than what earlier
