Hi,
Why are you adding terramycin and what leads you to believe there is a problem with pH? More info needed, but certainly don't feed as suggested above.
Hi bro,
My mother said that use terra mycin so I did
It is a no filter tank with driftwood and 1 plant looking forward to add more I do water changes every 3-4 days

I have,
1 betta
2 black skirt tetra
2 tiger barb
in the tank

Should I add shrimp ?

Betta will chase them epic rare so it has not cause it stress if it was stress

So the fish was just purchased? Any info any of us could offer you at this point is all guessing. It could be anything with a store bought fish.

Sorry if I missed it, but what are the readings for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate in PPM on your tank?

Sorry bro I don’t have material to test them

Was the other barb bothering it? Typically I’ve found that barbs in small schools will harass each other (no physical damage) until the target one just begins to waste away, continuing until one is left.

Yes it harasses it

I’ve lost a lot of barbs that way. Best bet would be to separate them or have a much larger school (if this is indeed the reason it is dying).
Okay
Yes More chances r of that this is the reason because I see him going close to him touching him from his mouth and the other one runs away
Would a school of 4 be okay?
