My 20 gallon black moor tank exploded! I'm scrambling to decide where to put her..my lightly brackish goboides tank, or my heavily planted 10 with one jewel dwarf gouramis? She is only about 2 inches long. Help me decide! Can Goldie's tolerate 1.004 salinity?

I thought you had a 120 gallon. Can't it go there?
As for the other tank, some fish that will tolerate a small amount of salt, will die if they are suddenly placed in it. In other words, there is an acclimation process. (I would assume up to 12 hours, but longer is better.)
An alternative is to grab a sterile tupper ware, scoop out 4-5 gallons from a mature tank, and put it there. That will give you time to work out something more permanent. And no feeding.

I would go with the 10gal. Lower the heat to around 74F as a compromise between the moor and the gourami

I don't guarantee they will work, but if you place some seaweed, or other fake plants in with her, the fish will likely ignore the floating box in the tank.
Second, I don't know if she can handle the salt. Every species is different and even within a species, size and age matters. But if you go slow with her, you should be able to see if she is being stressed long before it harms her.
Just let her acclimate and hope. It might not be a good long term solution, but for a few days it might work fine.

If you really want to put the moor into the 120, this is an option: a couple of years ago, when I picked up a tiny datnoid and a much larger green terror. I placed them both in the same qt, but not wanting to take any chances, I placed the tiny dat in a diy protective "cage". I bought a plastic container with a lid: drilled a bunch of holes into it with an old soldering iron; cut 2 sections of 1/2" pvc, sealed the ends of the pvc with hot glue to trap in air, then hot glued the 2 pvc sections to the lid to act as floatation devices, cut a hole on top of lid for feeding access.
I would get a tote/tub (18 gallons) at walmart for $5. Long term, buy another 20 gallon.
I thought the acidity of goldfish breeds were incompatible with most freshwater? (Trinidad Plecos aside)
I tried floating her in my 120, but my Oscars were bashing their brains out trying to get to her. I have put her in the 10 for now. I keep the 10 about 72 all the time, as my dwarf gourami, aka The General, bloats at higher temps. He is a very confused dude...he has built a bubble nest and is trying to herd her over to it. I get paid tomorrow, and I think I am gonna get her a 30 tall. The twenty was always temporary. The General has been alone for like 2 years and is happy to have company for a while. He strokes her oh so gently with his feelers and helps her find the food I put in. She is blind I think. The neighbor gave her to me about a month ago in a half gallon bowl starved almost to death.
