Emo pleco

Yeah basically my pleco has been hiding in the same spot for like three days ive seen him out like twice. Is there somthing wrong or is it just a phase?

we did a recent tank switch could that be it?

Maybe... Sometimes they only come out at night.... to look for a little food... i had a SnowBall that never moved but late at night (1-2am) i found him around the tank only to see me and hide back into the same place. Just make sure his has food at night..

Put a plant weight on a slice of yellow squash, and drop it by him.

Probally nothing wrong... some like to hide when the lights are on, and come out at night.

Being that most of them are nocturnal, you shouldn't see them out very often at all.

yeah i saw my pleco last night out .. i was just worried because it used to come out all the time and suck around the tank but i was just concerned that it was traumatized from the move
