I want to add a hob for my 55 and 75. On the 75 I have a eheim 2026. On the 55 a wet/dry rated for a 75 gallon. Which ones should I get for my tanks?.......almost forgot right now in the 75 I have my 2 retics, arowana and 1 datnoid but they are going in a 220 as soon as im done cycling and in the 55 a green terror about 6-7 inches, he will go in the 75 soon.

whatever u do dont get the penguin 350.I have one and they suck.Emp 400 filters are nice but ac 500 are better and carry a bigger bio load.
Emperor 400 if you want it for biofiltration.
AC 110 for clean up duty.

I run 2 penguin 350s on my 120 gallon in adition to other filteration I think they work great. I use bio blocks in them from drsfostersmith.com
I am running 2 Biowheel 350s in my tank right now. I am planning on building a sump in the next few weeks because I need it.
i've owned and used all 3 and penguin 350 sucks....clogs....ac 110/500 is nice but i love and now only use them on my smaller tanks............
i agree, i bought a 350 last week and the thing stops every now and then, i also have a aqua clear and that is going strong and hasnt stopped once. the 350 makes alot of noise i dont understand why it stops. great concept in it but i dont think i will be buying another one.
