Empty 180G dilemma

Eggs have been wriggling for a few days now. The female scoped them up and put them under the sponge filter.

Any idea how long until i get free swimming fry?

with most cichlids that i have bred,the eggs took 2-3 days to hatch.then 2-3 day to free-swimming

Very nice pair you picked up. I like the size tank you have them in, should leave plenty of room for them to move around and grow.

I agree. Jags are my favorite fish

Its been 9 days since she laid the eggs. I can just about make out the movement at the back of the tank, they are the same color at my sand.
