Empty 18gallon?

could i only fit one....or how many would work??

im not 100% on this but im sure 5-10 dwarfs would do fine in there. i know 5 would
make it planted with those puffers that would be badass

heres a picture of a 10 gal planted with some DP in it
you cant see the puffers but its still sick

Ive never heard of people sticking with one because of aggression
ive got a friend with 12 in a 20 gal that do fine together
