i have a 40 breeder that i have yet to decide what i want to do with and need suggestions as to what to stock it with.

b4 u plan too hard, make sure its not a critter cage.. cuz ull have a blow out in 2 months.. 40gallons is alot of freeeeekin water, how thick is the glass? post a pic with a size comparison, duz the lid slide on like a snakes cage or sumthing, if so then it is not fit for being fill with water.. careful man

the aquarium is currently holding water and has for over a year. the breeder is becasue its wider and shorter than your normal 40 gallon.

speeking from experience, there are a ton of "aquariums" being sold that are truley ment for reptiles, i know what the term "breeder" is used for, its wider which allows for more surface area which is desireable when u have mass quantitys of fry who are competeing for oxygen... just lookin out for ya.. "critter cages" are thin glass and sold normally in kits for geckos or bearded dragons..
thanks but its a normal aquarium bought brand new as an aquarium not bought in any kit. the tank is 36"x18"x16" and currently is holding fry that i will be getting rid of a was looking for some stocking suggestions.
ok sorry for the side track, but look into blackwater, i think that tank would look sick with a very large root system or somthing similar and a pair of angels and a handfull of neons. i had a tannin set up in my 40 breeder with a threesome of snakeskin gouramis and a albino senegal bicher... i loved it. just a suggestion!
