what do you guys think would make a good wet pet or pair in this tank. I really like grommades would one of them work in a 55.

you may be able to keep a male grammodes in there, but probably not a pair. I've heard males are extremely aggressive towards females and a 55 wouldn't give her much room to get away. I'd go for something a bit smaller like salvini personally.
