I am leaning towards a single fish tank. The tank is cycled and has live plants I just need to find a nice fish. I am definitely leaning towards one p-bass or a lima shovelnose. I am going to have 125 gallon of my own in 4-5 years so if something got to big I would transfer it to there.

No P.bass or a lima will fit in that tank!!! Not even for 6 months.

Since its my parents tank I want something that I can get at the LFS and that is $50 or less. I am open to cichlid options that dont include oscar or JD.
