empty 75

Hey, ease up just a little. I dont think overstocking a little is bad if you keep up with your waterchanges, and overfilter. You could get away with an oscar and JD for life in a 75.
 
believe me, WC's are no problem!
i have two penguins on there. i don't know the model # big one's the huge one with twwo bio wheels and 4 filter pads, the other is half the size. i think, combined, they are about 350 gallons/hour.
 
It will be fine with even a male GT. My 9" tiger O is in a 100 gallon (a little longer) with a 4" JD , 5" V. regani, and a bunch of little growouts, and there is not much agression at all.
 
a 75gallon is the min for an oscar ( says most on mfk) You could be able to put some type of small fish in there depending on how mean your oscar is.

he's not really a terror. unlike salvinis (right, damn i wanted to maybe get one!) how big would you say is big enough he's about 11". giant danios? rainbowfish?
i could just constantly replace neons.

i do gian danios they are fast and can get 5"!
