I'd get a datinoid as the center piece. That is what I did and as the dat grows the others will be kicked out.

I would try breeding Istlanum or Grammodes they are cool CA Cichlid that are not to common.

Are they hard to find? I am in NYC and have only seen them a few times, but they are awesome looking!

I want something that is not shy, but I also want a dominant male that grows a nuchal hump.

Couple of questions about grammodes. They look awesome, but can I fit one in a 75G? How big do they get? Are they shy?
