I would love to have the Rio Locanjah varient. I have never seen one available for saleThis catch location conversation for endli. Reminds me of someone discussing the topic of a differences of a normal pearsei cichlid versus thr Rio Locanjah variant. They're different, but oh so similar......

I love my Porkchop but if anything ever happened to her and I could get the varient, I would snap it up in a heartbeat! Here is our agree to disagree moment, lol.

I like the tiger stripe too but with many adults it fades away and you end up with a big, plain, yellowish poly. might as well just drop a banana in the tank.

I like the color on them but hate the sloped forehead...porkchop passes godforbid you could never get another pearsei
I really dont know what I would do if I lost her. I dont think I could do another pearsei. AS much as I like the amphilopus family too I still cant do another midas since I lost my big guy years ago. I would always have a cichlid of some sort in my tank though.
I dont think its grown much might be 7". Colorful little guy, calm and only has issues with the snook on occasion. Saw the endli eye him a couple times, lol. If the endli ate him, he deserved it for growing so slow.
