you could put it in another tank with reduced water level. no guarantee that it'll do anything, but you can give it a try.
 
it died wtf it was healthy and nothing was bothering it. i did notice some redness in the rear fins any ideas????
 
very sorry :( red streaks on body would suggest bacterial infection, but i don't think thats the same thing with yours. its hard to say what the redness is.

shrimp peeled what the hell all my fish in the tank is fine im just real angry it was my favorite one always chiling with the ansorgeii when it was floating the ansorgeii was next to it

don't be frustrated. these things happen. same floating problem happened to one of my bichirs that i had for couple years. couldn't figure out why. and then i had a few bichirs (all small except for one) that developed some balance problem seemingly out of the blue, they couldn't stay upright, would struggle to swim, sometimes swimming in spiral. these didn't have floating problem though. anyway, nothing i did was able to save them, and i couldn't explain what happened.
