Hi, first time in this forum.

Purchased a 5inch P. Endlicheri Endlicheri yesterday to add to my tank of Dats.

Is is possible to add another P. Endlicheri Endlicheri, or will this cause problems later on when they get bigger. I know from viewing this forum people do keep more than one, I just want to avoid problems further down the line.

The tank is 2metres long.

Its been a while since I owned a birchir, used to have a large ornate, but it got out a previous tank and died.

bichirs dont fight,unless you happen to have an aggro bichir.
which is really rare.

I added a 10" endli to a tank with a 15" endli. The bigger dude tore a chunk out of the smaller dude's tail within a few days and then all was well. The tail healed up and everyone is happy now.

Yeah i had the same thing happen but my bigger one still bites the smaller ones tail alot. I dont know why he only does it with the same type of poly like him not the other kinds. I hate it when he bites the other one he always spits out chunks of feeder fish into the water. It looks like chum..

same with me 18in Endie I put a 24.5in Endie bit the tail and now all is cool but did not bother the other big Poly,s Ornat 20in ,Kolibe 18in and what is funny there are 2 ropes in there 12in they are the big Endies friends all the Polly,s love them strange huh

As soon as I find another Endli I shall add it to the tank.

After all your advice have now added another Endli.

Went back to the same LFS that I got the first Endli as there was another in the tank.

The Endli's are nice looking birchirs, good addition to my Dat tank.
