Enlarging my leopardus collection - LDA73

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
That is one of my favorite. I have a large group of them. The largest is 8"+ and the smallest is 2". They are active and get along easily as long as there is a lot of driftwood for them to hide.

Agreed. Started with them and it was point of no return.
I won't dare to comm my big fellas with my other smaller guys even if I have plenty of DW for them to hide. Believe me I've seen how my big guys fight it out. :)

I had 17 of them. But during a recent count, I found only 15. A couple of the little one must have gotten killed. So I separated the smallest to grow out in a smaller tank so they do not have to compete so hard for the food.

Not just on the food part, the bigger guys tends to bully the small ones and might kill too. It's good to separate the smaller guys out and grow them up. :)

Those are stunning! A great pick up for sure!

Thanks. Could not pass the offer when I got news of their arrival. ;)

Wow, 15-17 L114s. You must have a huge tank, and a serious filtration system. I only have 2 in a 75 g tank (and 1 L07), and a bunch of tetras and dwarf cichilds. If you ever need to rehome one, let me know. I'd like to have 3 in the 75 g (and snook21 only seems to sell in groups of 3, 5 would be too many for 75 g I think).
