Enough bio media

That doesn't seem like a very large bio load for a tank this large, so I'd say your probably good to go with all that rock in there. Wouldn't hurt anything to add more, but you're definitely on the right track for sure. Awesome tank!

I was going to aim for around 170 "fish" , 6 inch fish. If a fish is 12'' i count it as two. I have about 680 gallons in total water volume. What you think about that? There is about 105_110 fish but with my formula it is more like 125-130 I have about 10 geo's l,1 venustus,and 5 frontosa. One black Widow
 
Ok yeah that certainly would create a bioload! Like I said, since you have a sump you may as well use the space, can't really have too much if it's in the budget. I've seen pics of sumps that are full wall to wall of bio media. The worst thing that can happen with too much media is that some of it won't be colonized by beneficial bacteria, but you'll have the extra surface area needed for more BB if your bioload ever did increase.
