wat is trolling i have a 2215 with seachem matrix with couse pads and a 2026 with media it came with from eheim and do water changes around every 4 months believe it or not i dont care i dont have nitrate rmover and if i get it wat is a good brand or wat to use
Trolling is someone who creates an obscure post to get reactions out of people - a real lame social charcater trait. Again, I'm not accusing you of that, just listing possible senario's.

Seachem matrix is suppose to support anaerobic bactria for nitrate reduction. I've heard mixed reviews as to how well it works. Maybe your's is establised and working effectively; but at only 3 months it could go either way. I"d like to see the tank run without it for a couple of weeks and then reintroduced. Of course with weekly nitrate testing. I've used matrix in a denitrator with great results but that was at exetreme low flow rates.

i think my theory from post #44 is sound..
heres a diagram explaining it better. the fish will teleport out of the tank before they enter the rift in the space time continuum:
lol you might be on to something here, the diagram really put it into prespective for me.

Deathsting,now thats :ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL:

So you still have not done a wc?
So how did you discover this miracle,that you dont have to do a water change?
Did you think about keeping fish and then got a tank and thought what do all these people know,i cant be bothered with all that mess or was it lazyness which caused you not to do one for a few months and your fish were ok so you never bothered again for four months, or something else?

Can you perform other miracles too?

Let us know.

are you useing test strips or a proper kit (with drops and tubes)

if your useing stirps i can assure you the results are wrong and if your using a test kit then your testing it wrong

not physically possible to have a nitrate reading below 400 if your only changeing once every 4 months
