got a friend holding him for now...need to clear some stuff at home..I will post pictures of the cage but EVENTUALLY he or she will be outside..backyard with heat....building a good size cage of course with cement foundation and a bath area...with drain..he is only 18inches so I got about 1-2years...just depends of course in her growth..I asked the seller ben what exactly type of monitor is it.. he said not known..is NOT KOMAINI OR TOGIAN....still trying to find out...I'm only going to what Mr Ben Seigel ...kingsnake..also PREHISTORIC PETS is also selling a pair.

Its not unknown, that is Varanus Salvator Sp Komaini. Ben just says unknown so he can use that black dragon name which is just a market name. I also dont recommend you make an outdoor cage. Northern CA is too cold for it to live outside. Build a shed then build a cage inside the shed and temp control it.
