Epheim 2178

I notice on the Epheim website and European website that the 2178 is available there. However, here in the US only the 2078 which is several years old. It would be nice to see the 2178 here soon. Better yet if they can make a 3e with the heater the size of the 2180 with 3 hoses.

Would the 2180 be overkill for a 55 gallon tank as well?

IMO no it wouldnt be to big for a 55g.i have a 75g that had 1 Oscar in it with a FX5 and 1 AC110.
