Have you tested your water?
Yes
If I did not test my water...
  1. ...I recognize that I will likely be asked to do a test, and that water tests are critical for solving freshwater health problems.
Do you do water changes?

Been about 2 days and it hasn't eaten today i noticed this spot on its belly. Any idea what could be forming. Would like to get an idea before treatment

Looks like the wolf injured itself maybe from jumping. Others will chime in with their analysis. Is the Wolfish alone in the aquarium?
Yeah its alone. Wouldn't explain the lack of appetite. Thats what worries me. Been keeping wolfs for a long time. Never seen anything like it

Jumping is a common behavior for them. Any surface agitation will trigger it. In their natural habitat rains and flooding trigger a migratory response
