did they end up helping you with your dead fish and any guarantee the other 2 fish that died?Purchased 3 Geophagus Balzanii from Pet solution fish arrived. Fast. But unfortunately 1 fish was DOA, and after following week noticed stringy white poop , after two days fish died with the exception of my African Butterfly Fish which are healthy, and doing great.
