I wish I would have NEVER used UGFs. I had to take one ot of a tengal one time and it took me 5 WCs before the water started getting clear again.

man i went through 3 FREAKING ELEPHANTNOSE before i got the hint...

some of my memorable mistakes usually involved bettas and other fish compatibility... i was like determined to keep a betta with something its not supposed to be kept with, but i didnt know that. 3 bettas, 2 gouramis, 3 tiger barbs later i switched to silvertip shark with comm fish... which worked for a couple months until my fish started mysteriously disappearing.

i got a 7" florida gar in a 4ft tank cause i loved the fish so much, i was always planning on selling it when it got too big which i did around 12". not so much as a mistake but i guess it would be considered unresponsible to keep fish temporarily cause they are cool. other than that, keeping malawi's with those redclaw crabs when i was about 12 haha

When I was pretty young I made a grave mistake. I had a 20G tank and it was doing well. I pissed off my sister so she put bug repelant in the tank. the fish died. my mistake? I didn't kill my sister first (I'm kidding)
